I am the entire IT department from frontline helpdesk to backroom administration. Our network was extremely slow and nearly every public access computer had multiple viruses & malware! Now our network is 10-times faster and all our computers are virus/malware free. Plus, I also provide support for Windows, Mac and Linux computers that our patrons bring in. Libraries should embrace technology for our patrons benefit!
