I have been entranced by the game of baseball for the entirety of my 20 years on earth. My birth announcement was in the form of a baseball card and I still remember that slightly musty smell of "100 Best Baseball Players of All Time"—the first book I ever checked out with my library card. Now a young adult, I've delved into the baseball blogosphere; I write detailed analyses of players and teams using new-age stats. I've morphed into a Detroit Tigers super fan and I don't see any end in sight.
